My experience with them and my cat Hunter was good. They our very professional

Dr Haburjak, and the entire staff of IronHorse Vet care are very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Haburjak took a lot of time to explain his evaluation of our eleven year old Cockapoo with Cervical IVDD. He outlined all of our options (both surgical and non surgical). He put our minds at ease during the appointment, and really wanted us to walk away fully informed. The visit cost was very reasonable, especially compared to other neurological veterinary specialists that we called. We definitely recommend IronHorse VetCare.

AWFUL! Condescending! Rude! REFUSED US CARE! Brought my cat here and the entire staff, and Docter were rude and condescending. Whole place was empty. The Vet didn't explain things well and when I asked questions and for a break down of the services he became rude, when I mentioned we were on a budget things REALLY went downhill! They brought me a printed breakdown but again no actual explanation. I understand it's an emergency vet but I want to understand what the tests are for and how they can help with diagnostics and treatment. They ignored us while we were trying to decide how to proceed but were laughing and joking in the back all together. Meanwhile we're super worried about our cat! I told them I needed to step out to get some air and they told me to let them them know but when we tried to get care the vet refused us! Cat is still unwell, and their whole staff was literally doing NOTHING when they TURNED US AWAY.

I had to bring my cat in for an ultrasound and the staff, from the moment I walked and until I took her home, were so helpful and caring. The doctor took his time to explain the results and he made sure I understood the results. While no one wants to have diagnostic screening done on their animals, all the staff were very respectful and professional.
