I have a lot of praise for the staff. They kept me informed and answered all of my questions with patience and compassion. My only criticism is that when they suggested an ultrasound, I thought I would book an appointment but they don't have any idea when the tech will be there so I have to leave my already sick and depressed dog there from early morning until the tech shows up. This is cruel. She's going to be away from home, in a crate, already sick. Idk why the techs and Ironhorse can't get a schedule for them.

Our two cats got into some trouble and ironhorse was amazing with their care. Always keeping us in the loop, performing procedures and their prices were very fair for an emergency hospital. Everyone was so kind and understanding

My dog's surgery went well and the doctor was very responsive and informative. The nursing staff is fairly worthless. Every time I went it was a 20+ minute wait to be helped because they were doing rounds, particularly one time when I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes just to pick up my dog because they forgot I was there. I was clued in that their rounds were done when I saw a nurse leave, drive to the grocery store, and return with snacks 15 minutes later. The nurses seem like they're just phoning it in and going through the motions every time I'm there, and clearly snacks are more important than customers.
