You did an ultrasound and IV, some labs and other tests to try to find out why my cat was vomiting and not eating well. You placed her in a kennel all night in the vicinity of a barking dog that made her very upset. Next day you released her to me to take home. Little of her regular IAMS kibble at a time. She has been well ever since. Still don’t know a diagnosis, but she’s healthy.

Our local vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with our fur baby Cotton, he wouldn't eat, drink or walk he was just lethargic and would yelp in pain. We tried CBD oil it didn't work and like i mentioned our local vet couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. Our vet suggested a couple of specialist, when I asked which in his opinion is the top one he said IronHorse. We brought Cotton to IronHorse, they are amazing the staff is so friendly even through this Covid19 virus. I called ahead so they were ready for him when we got there, they came to the car to pick Cotton up (since we are in social distancing we had to wait in the car) they kept in contact with us thru phone. Once the vet diagnosed him, she called us and explained everything in detail and asked if we had questions. Once they were done the lady who brought Cotton back to us, was very friendly explained his release form told us about the medication he would be sent home with. By the next day Cotton started becoming his old seft again. Since our first visit we had returned a few times for different issues and every time we are fully satisfied with their services. I highly recommend IronHorse to anyone who has fur babies.

My pup was having a bout of GI trouble for the last few days. I was worried about a possible obstruction. He can by shy and fearful at the vet. And in light of COVID, I was very concerned about having to drop him off outside with the technicians and be brought inside without me present. All of the staff members, from the receptionists, RVT’s, the Practice Manager, and the vet were so incredibly understanding. They gave me updates throughout the day. Dr. Wignall was wonderful. Renee put me at ease and was so compassionate. The techs were amazing with my sometimes difficult pup. The prices were very reasonable for an emergency hospital. I will never go anywhere else for emergency care! They even sent me a couple of photo updates of my pup while I was waiting for results. I am SO happy we came here. My baby is on the mend thanks to this amazing team. Thank you all so very much!!!
